AN UNEXPECTED JOURNEY
An Unexpected Journey drifts through a landscape suspended between the synthetic and the organic, part transmission, part terrain. Nails catch light like instrument panels, makeup holds a mineral sparkle, and sheen-stained fabric moves against deconstructed silhouettes, bodies dressed for a gravity not yet their own. The palette shifts from a pale atmospheric blue into a fogged, pristine white, as though each frame is descending through a different layer of sky. By the final images, the screens dissolve into grass, and the destination declares itself, not another galaxy, but Earth, arrived at rather than escaped from.
