The Unique Show – Celebrating Creativity and Craftsmanship

The Unique Show, a high-jewelry exhibition concept founded in 2020, was created with a distinct aim: to celebrate the creativity of its exhibitors. 

These skilled artisans are the driving force behind the project, a testament to the expertise and passion of its founder, Dalila Daffara.

In its fifth edition, The Unique Show continues to honor the individuality of its exhibitors. From Alexander Laut’s rare and ‘unfindable’ gems to the eclectic designs of Vitale Jewelry, the event showcases world-class artistry. This year’s exhibition features 19 handpicked jewelry brands from around the globe, including Elena Semy, Scavia, Qitteri, Shavarsh Hakobian, and Louisa Westwood. 

Each brand represents a unique perspective, blending tradition, craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability.

The event provides attendees with an unparalleled opportunity to witness exceptional craftsmanship, with highlights such as Maddalena di Stefano’s high-tech designs and Jarretiere’s bold, feminist creations – winner of the ‘Best in Gold Design’ award at the Town & Country Jewelry Awards in Las Vegas. 

Together, these exhibitors – which have been chosen individually by a committee of experts that evaluates them for their unique design approach and responsible production process – demonstrate the perfect balance of artistic vision and ethical responsibility, catering to a diverse and discerning clientele.

History and Mission 

Founded in 2023 by Dalila Daffara, a gemologist and expert in luxury with over two decades of experience in luxury brand business development, The Unique Show is a pioneering exhibition with a nomadic essence. Designed to bring high jewelry to exclusive destinations, it has quickly become a must-attend event for collectors, enthusiasts, and industry leaders. 

The purpose of The Unique Show is to create a refined and intimate space where renowned maisons and emerging designers can connect directly with private buyers and connoisseurs. 

This personalized approach fosters meaningful relationships and showcases the highest levels of craftsmanship, originality, and ethical values – the key pillars of modern luxury.

Exhibitions and Future Growth

Since its debut in Lugano, The Unique Show has expanded to iconic destinations like St. Moritz, Monte-Carlo, and Como, tailoring each edition to harmonize with the unique character of its host city. These events transcend traditional exhibitions, offering immersive experiences that celebrate excellence in jewelry design and artistry.

Looking ahead, the show plans to expand to the Gulf region, a rapidly growing luxury market with increasing influence in the world of high jewelry and watchmaking.

Upcoming Editions

Following Luxury Lugano, the summer edition, Luxury Monte-Carlo, is set for June 18 – 21, 2025, aiming to blend Mediterranean charm with high-end sophistication.

The Unique Show continues to redefine the high jewelry exhibition landscape, offering more than a showcase, but a lifestyle experience for both guest and exhibitors by blending art, craftsmanship and luxury in perfect harmony. 

The forthcoming edition in Monte Carlo will embody the show’s distinctive spirit, featuring over 60 esteemed exhibitors, a charity gala, a contemporary art exhibition, and an exclusive awards ceremony.
