RIZZOLI’s Monica by DOLCE&GABBANA

In partnership with Italian publisher RIZZOLI, Editor-in-Chief of French Numéro, Babeth Djian, DOLCE&GABBANA announces a book devoted to the Italian actress, model, sex-symbol and muse to the house: Monica Bellucci. 

Titled Monica by DOLCE&GABBANA, the publication tells the tale of a diva embodying the physical fantasy of the Italian Dolce Vita. 

The book will be released in Italy on October 15th and worldwide on November 5th.

Monica Bellucci and DOLCE&GABBANA’s love affair dates back decades, their first meeting took place during a casting-session for a fashion show, and it was remembered as love at first sight.

Since then, the muse has continued to inspire the two designers, who are now paying tribute to her wholly Italian sensuality, beauty, and charisma in this volume.

Under the creative direction of Babeth Djian, the visionary mind behind French Numéro, a captivating large-format photo book captures the essence of the contemporary diva. The volume pays homage to the illustrious career and timeless beauty of the multifaceted model, actress, and woman. 

Furthermore, the esteemed Jean-Baptiste Mondino has masterfully crafted 12 enchanting portraits of Monica exclusively for this project.
