CHANEL Haute Couture Spring-Summer 2025 – A Tribute to Color

For 110 years, CHANEL Haute Couture has embodied creative freedom, meticulous craftsmanship, and enduring elegance. Passed down through generations, its savoir-faire is constantly renewed yet inherently timeless. Since Gabrielle Chanel opened her couture house in 1915, this spirit of reinvention has remained at its core.

This season, CHANEL celebrates color – a core element of Gabrielle Chanel’s vision. While her bold use of black revolutionized fashion, she was also a master colorist, embracing everything from soft pastels to vibrant hues.

Set within the Grand Palais, the runway – shaped like CHANEL’s iconic double C – symbolizes infinite excellence. Designed by Willo Perron, the set reinterprets the color wheel, with an original score by Gustave Rudman.

The collection follows the cycle of day to night: dawn-hued silk crêpe, sunshine yellow tweed, lilac pleats, and bold contrasts of orange-pink and deep purple. Signature CHANEL codes – such as tweed or exquisite buttons – elevate each look, with celestial motifs woven throughout.

Flowing between structure and softness, the dresses play with volume and transparency. Ethereal fabrics, embroidered chiffons, and trompe-l’œil lace evoke a dreamlike elegance.

As CHANEL marks 110 years of Haute Couture, this collection embodies its legacy of beauty, precision, and boundless creativity.
